STRATEGIES FOR PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION

Screen Shot 2013-03-04 at 2.38.51 PM

WANT A QUICK START COACHING PROGRAM? HAVE LIMITED TIME AND WANT BIG CHANGE FAST?

This Program will initiate an accelerated process to strengthen every part of your personal and professional life. By focusing on developing yourself and your life from the inside out, growth becomes sustainable, easier and more rewarding.

Organized around individual modules, each one focused on an area of personal development. Each module consists of Fieldwork – unique assessments, assignments, ‘dig deep’ activities AND Individual Coaching Sessions-BOTH guaranteed to kick start transformation!

Week 1 A Panoramic View and Sketching in the Details. Begin the transformative process by taking a helicopter snapshot of your life so far.

Week 2  Speed Bumps: What is Slowing You Down? Tolerations are those things you put up with everyday that distract you from your true purpose. By identifying and eliminating these you have more energy to grow more quickly.

Week 3 Building on Personal Integrity.  Buildings that have stood the test of time have structural integrity. Without personal integrity, we spend much of our time propping ourselves up with distractions. Personal integrity is about being WHOLE.

Week 4 Circles in the Sand – Extend Your Boundaries. Boundaries help you define who you are and who you are not. In this module you will identify areas where you want to set down boundaries and design, implement and manage these areas for progress.

Week 5  Deepen Your Community. Community, whether that includes colleagues, friends, associates or special interest groups, can be very important to your personal foundation. Discover, attract or create your community of choice for education, common interests and for building satisfaction into your life.

Week 6 Coming From Positives – Perfect the Present. Many of us are driven to create a fabulous future. Let go of holding on to the past and worrying about the future by aligning it with the present.

Week 7  Restoration. Self-care is different than self”ish”. By taking care of yourself you feel more joy, more energy, more fulfilled and extend greater generosity because you have more to give. Build awareness around where you are depleted and fill it instead with abundance.

Week 8 Merry Go Round or Roller Coaster? Finding Balance. Take a snapshot of current realities, impose upon that a picture of your ideal and create strategies for making the two become one.

Week 9  Self Portrait: Re-orient Around Your Values. While values run deep within us, they tend to get covered over or become transparent when other, more powerful distractions command our attention. By clarifying your values you can begin to craft a life of fulfillment.

Week 10 Action Plans and Survival Kits. Using information gained from previous exercises and  the benefits of coaching, clients will develop a road map complete with survival kit.

Hello from ‘Antarctica’

Have I been traveling? In a way, yes. I have been submerged in an exploratory laboratory taking samples and testing them out. Exploring new vistas. Am I really in Antarctica? No. I’m not even on a boat, or anything else. I have been doing all this from the place I call home, moving mostly from […]

Empathy and Compassion at Work

We’ve had many lively discussions, serious, and otherwise, my German friend and colleague and I. Especially in the last several months, as we have shared from our experiences in the global pandemic. What it means for our families, our business, our clients, our countries — the world. What questions are keeping us awake at night? What could we do to help?

Where is Your Power?

These days I am leaning into my Coaching Model, “Coaching is love in action in a professional way.” Feeling great love for my community. Holding both concern and amazement in my heart for all of you. Striving to remain open to possibilities of change for the good. Holding space for those suffering. On the lookout […]

Identity Word Play

Each name has its own special significance. McNeilly connects me to my Irish ancestors, Sis conjures up closeness and all the wild and wooly of siblings. I have a different identity with each of my names. I also have Secret …..

Beginning Again

I was very critical, even mean. And then it wasn’t fun. I was wondering, do I just quit?

Sprint or Marathon? Some Tips for the Winding Road

When running a sprint, you need both an initial burst of power and sustained speed. You can blow out with everything you’ve got, and pour it on all the way. But if you try to do that with a marathon, you’ll burn up everything you have in the first hour and will be left without the juice to make it to the finish line.

So it is with life. More of a marathon than a sprint, right?
